The Pioneer 4x4 Fuel Line Kit replaces the three external fuel lines between the fuel tank, sedimenter and lift pump. High-quality fittings are swaged directly onto braided PTFE hose for a secure connection and long-term resistance to corrosion and abrasion.

Land Rover OE references are provided for identification of the original pipework replaced by this Pioneer 4x4 product. References apply to the original 200Tdi Defender 90 arrangement with a sedimenter, up to VIN LA939975. Confirm the original connections if the tank, sedimenter or engine has been changed.
Remove old nuts & olives first
Before fitting, remove the original nuts and olives from the fuel tank, sedimenter, lift-pump and fuel-return tails. The new Pioneer 4x4 fittings use a different thread, so the original nuts and olives are not compatible. This kit contains the three fuel lines only; replacement nuts and olives are not supplied. Obtain new parts compatible with the line fittings. Carefully cutting an olive to free a nut can damage the tail, so fitting new parts is recommended. Do not force or reuse the original nuts and olives.
